Taxfree shopping
We offer taxfree shopping for those orders delivered outside the European Union. This means that you will be refunded 17% tax immediately when placing an order. This is done automatically.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are general for Europe, Usa, Asia, Africa and the middle East.

Customs and Duty
When delivering outside of Sweden the customer is responsible for customs and duty charges.

Worldwide: 7-10 working days. danskdesign.nu will notify you in any other case.

Shipping on some orders may be delayed due to increased inspection requirements. Also, manufacturers may have shipping delays due to increases in orders, work stoppages, equipment failure, etc. danskdesign.nu is not responsible for shipping delays on any product order caused by conditions that are out of our control.

Prices are per order, regardless of how many items purchased:

Within Sweden
Accessories: 89 SEK
Furniture: 679 SEK

Other Northern Countries:
Accessories: 349 SEK
Furniture: 2500 SEK

Rest of the World:
Accessories: 389 SEK
Furniture: 4600 SEK

Uncollected parcels
Parcels that have not been collected at the latest two weeks from notification will be debited freight, return freight and handling costs of total 300 SEK incl. vat. Bulky parcels will also be debited according to current chart.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately by email service@danskdesign.nu so that we may help you to arrange a return, replacement or refund. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions
Exceptions from returns occurs when ordering made to order products such as upholstery furniture. In this case there is no return policy.

Privacy

danskdesign.nu is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the Data collected from you primarily to process and fulfil your orders, to notify you of the status of your orders, to send our e-mail newsletter, or to send you targeted marketing information, special product offers, or other information that we believe might interest you.

We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. In addition, when you place an order with danskdesign.nu your personal information and credit card information are safe.
